Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally while adhering to company scripts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Adapt to different communication channels, including phone, email, and chat support.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex customer cases.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets, including call handling and quality assurance scores.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts.
- Must be willing to report to the Satellite Hub location in Las Pinas City.
- High school graduate or equivalent; College graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are advantageous.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or have the legal right to work in the Philippines.
