Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally while adhering to company scripts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Adapt to different communication channels, including phone, email, and chat support.
  • Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex customer cases.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets, including call handling and quality assurance scores.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service quality.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts.
  • Must be willing to report to the Satellite Hub location in Las Pinas City.
  • High school graduate or equivalent; College graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet performance targets.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills are advantageous.
  • Must be a Filipino citizen or have the legal right to work in the Philippines.
