- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about products and services.
- Identify and resolve customer issues or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions in the system, maintaining detailed and accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely resolution and customer delight.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
- Meet individual and team targets for productivity, quality, and customer feedback.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are welcome to apply.
- No previous work experience required – fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
