Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails regarding online streaming services, account management, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Assist subscribers with account setup, subscription renewals, and profile updates to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Diagnose and resolve common streaming platform issues, including login errors, buffering problems, and navigation assistance.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions within the CRM system for quality assurance and reporting purposes.
  • Elevate customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) by providing empathetic, professional, and timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues and escalate feedback to product management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written) with a neutral accent.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with flexible shifts.
  • Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service setting is a plus but not required.
  • High school diploma or College level undergraduate.
