Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding online streaming services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure uninterrupted service for subscribers.
- Assist customers with account management, subscription upgrades, and payment processing.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Adhere to call scripts and quality assurance guidelines to meet daily KPIs.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and customer engagement strategies.
- Escalate complex technical or billing issues to senior support teams when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- High School Graduate or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (40+ wpm).
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be willing to work in shifts (including night shifts).
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.
