Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently by identifying issues and providing accurate solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance KPIs regarding quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and system enhancements.
- Adhere to all company policies, data privacy regulations, and quality assurance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college or Senior High School graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, goal-oriented call center environment.
- Previous BPO experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
