Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently by identifying issues and providing accurate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance KPIs regarding quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and system enhancements.
  • Adhere to all company policies, data privacy regulations, and quality assurance standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college or Senior High School graduate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, goal-oriented call center environment.
  • Previous BPO experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
