Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company CRM.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Participate in team huddles and training sessions to stay updated on account protocols.
  • Represent the company brand positively by maintaining a helpful and empathetic tone in all interactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years in college or a Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and web navigation.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong desire to exceed performance goals.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Makati City.
