Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Participate in team huddles and training sessions to stay updated on account protocols.
- Represent the company brand positively by maintaining a helpful and empathetic tone in all interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years in college or a Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and web navigation.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong desire to exceed performance goals.
- Willingness to work on-site in Makati City.
