Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and payment transactions efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Adhere to service level agreements and performance metrics
- Identify upsell opportunities while maintaining customer focus
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Positive attitude and patience when handling challenging situations
