Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently while strictly adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
  • Assist customers in locating products and providing detailed product information to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely, effective, and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock availability and reporting.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and contribute to sales targets.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail customer service or call center operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine, customer-centric approach to service.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
