Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding products, orders, and services.
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Provide product recommendations and general information to assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proven experience in a Retail or Customer Service environment (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the Philippines.
