Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process customer orders, applications, and requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
- Conduct virtual interviews and orientation sessions for new hires as required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and overall team performance.
Kualifikasi
- High School Graduate (SHS) or College Level with good communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to undergo virtual interviews and training.
