Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support and account management for a global technology client.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for customers.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams following standard procedures.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, AHT, and FCR.
- Stay up-to-date with client products, services, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Bachelor's or Associate's degree (College Graduate preferred, but relevant experience will be considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Technical Support role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
- Amenable to working in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Fresh graduates with a strong aptitude for technology are highly encouraged to apply.
