Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level technical support and account management for a global technology client.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for customers.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams following standard procedures.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, AHT, and FCR.
  • Stay up-to-date with client products, services, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Bachelor's or Associate's degree (College Graduate preferred, but relevant experience will be considered).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Technical Support role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
  • Amenable to working in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong aptitude for technology are highly encouraged to apply.
