Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner.
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions or alternatives.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and quality guidelines to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and report to the team leader to continuously improve team performance and customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma, Senior High School Graduate, or equivalent. College graduates are also welcome.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Windows-based applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, onsite in Iloilo City.
- At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience is a plus but not required; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
