Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Provide accurate product information and technical support to clients.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and operational processes.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to actively listen to customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Willingness to work onsite in Iloilo City and work in rotational shifts if required.
