Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through active listening and empathetic communication.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company database.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and share best practices.
- Meet and exceed daily performance metrics, including average handling time and quality scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide precise guidance to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates (Senior High School or College level).
- No prior BPO experience required; comprehensive training provided.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer navigation skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Must have a stable home internet connection (at least 25 Mbps).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, virtual environment with minimal supervision.
- Amenable to working on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
