- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and providing solutions
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
- Meet or exceed performance targets for quality and productivity
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School graduate (or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules (including night shifts and weekends)
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Must be willing to undergo virtual process and training
