- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with a friendly and professional tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company scripts and quality guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- No BPO experience required; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Must possess a clear, pleasant speaking voice and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to listen actively and communicate complex information simply.
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training and upskilling programs.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Must be available to work in a fast-paced environment.
