  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to company scripts and quality guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.

Kualifikasi

  • No BPO experience required; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Must possess a clear, pleasant speaking voice and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to listen actively and communicate complex information simply.
  • Willingness to undergo comprehensive training and upskilling programs.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
