Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience in BPO/call center
  • Excellent command of English and Filipino (both verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and basic software applications
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
  • Positive attitude with high tolerance for stress and change
  • Willingness to undergo background and drug screening
