Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide product and service information to clients to help them make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or senior management when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Open to Fresh Graduates).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Pleasant and professional phone demeanor.
- Willingness to work on a day shift schedule.
