- Handle complex and escalated customer inquiries via voice and non-voice channels efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Utilize CRM systems and databases to update and manage customer information accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to solve complex problems.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and strictly adhere to company policies and service standards.
- Provide constructive feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve service processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support is a strong plus.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
