Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer technical issues and service concerns according to company standards.
  • Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Average Handle Time (AHT).
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our internal CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to identify areas for personal and team improvement.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude to contribute to a healthy team culture.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least Senior High School or at least 2 years in College (any course).
  • Previous BPO or Customer Service experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong desire to help others.
  • Ability to work a fixed dayshift schedule as required.
  • Residing in or willing to work in the Novaliches, Quezon City area.
