As an E-commerce Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and professional. You will gain valuable experience in digital commerce operations, conflict resolution, and customer relationship management, all while working in a supportive culture that prioritizes your professional growth.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with professionalism.
  • Process orders, handle returns, and resolve shipping or delivery issues for global e-commerce customers.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and timely solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our internal CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions to provide effective support.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance KPIs regarding response time and resolution rate.

Kualifikasi

  • College level or a degree holder in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Prior experience in BPO or E-commerce customer service is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and web-based tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotating shifts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others.
