Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, or chat for our E-commerce clients.
- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries.
- Troubleshoot basic account issues and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information.
- Adhere to company policies and performance metrics while maintaining professional communication.
- Collaborate with team members and leads to identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure data privacy and security when handling customer information.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates (Senior High School or College graduates).
- No BPO experience required – we provide comprehensive training!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Davao City.
