Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the internal database.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to meet and exceed daily performance KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights to improve overall service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Open to high school graduates and college undergraduates/graduates (Starters are welcome!).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shifting priorities.
