- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, or email to ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze customer concerns and provide efficient, accurate solutions.
- Collaborate with team leaders to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates in our CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product and service knowledge.
- Actively contribute to team meetings to discuss strategies for operational excellence.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates and career starters (no prior BPO experience required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and navigate through various computer applications simultaneously.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethics.
