Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone channels with professionalism and efficiency
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints following established protocols and procedures
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management system
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality across all channels

Kualifikasi
