Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service for a leading energy account through inbound calls, emails, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns regarding billing, account management, and service requests.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide proactive solutions.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leaders and members to meet performance metrics and quality standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide informed support.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services when applicable to drive account growth.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and the overall success of the team.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School Graduate. Completed 2 years in college or a Bachelor's Degree is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite in UP Technohub, Quezon City.
- Must be willing to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- At least 6 months of relevant BPO or customer service experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service orientation.
- Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Must be amenable to report onsite and adhere to a hybrid or full onsite work setup.
