Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver exceptional customer service for a leading energy account through inbound calls, emails, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns regarding billing, account management, and service requests.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide proactive solutions.
  • Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the company CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and members to meet performance metrics and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide informed support.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services when applicable to drive account growth.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and the overall success of the team.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Senior High School Graduate. Completed 2 years in college or a Bachelor's Degree is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in UP Technohub, Quezon City.
  • Must be willing to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • At least 6 months of relevant BPO or customer service experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service orientation.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Must be amenable to report onsite and adhere to a hybrid or full onsite work setup.
