Tanggung Jawab
- Handle technical customer inquiries with precision and empathy, providing clear solutions
- Develop and implement customer service planning strategies aligned with engineering workflows
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical escalations and product issues
- Maintain detailed customer records and service documentation for continuous improvement
- Analyze customer feedback to identify service gaps and propose process enhancements
- Train and mentor new representatives on technical product knowledge and service protocols
- Generate monthly performance reports on key service metrics and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical customer service or engineering support roles
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency in customer service software (CRM) and technical documentation tools
- Ability to work collaboratively across engineering and support teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of semiconductor industry an advantage
