Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively while maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges according to company procedures
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are welcome to apply
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters with no prior experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers
- Willingness to work in Makati City during specified shifts
