Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a high level of professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status to customers.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues efficiently to ensure first-call resolution.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards all customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions and update account information in the database accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet individual and team performance targets.
- Follow company protocols and communication standards to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- At least a Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficient in navigating computer systems and basic software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work on-site in Cagayan de Oro.
