Kualifikasi

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • At least a Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required (Fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Proficient in navigating computer systems and basic software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Cagayan de Oro.
