Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from customers regarding their financial accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide clear, concise information regarding account balances, transaction history, and service-related issues.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive resolution that aligns with company policies.
- Navigate multiple software platforms and databases simultaneously to provide real-time support.
- Adhere to strict security and data privacy protocols to protect customer financial information.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and contribute to a supportive work culture.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or a Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in a financial or BPO account is a significant advantage.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (at least 30 WPM).
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, specifically with numerical data.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
