Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from customers regarding their financial accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide clear, concise information regarding account balances, transaction history, and service-related issues.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive resolution that aligns with company policies.
  • Navigate multiple software platforms and databases simultaneously to provide real-time support.
  • Adhere to strict security and data privacy protocols to protect customer financial information.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and contribute to a supportive work culture.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education or a Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience in a financial or BPO account is a significant advantage.
  • Strong computer literacy and typing skills (at least 30 WPM).
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, specifically with numerical data.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
