Your Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients of a top-tier financial institution. You will provide accurate information, resolve issues regarding accounts, transactions, and payments, and ensure every customer interaction is a positive and productive experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding financial products, accounts, and services with professionalism and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues, disputes, and requests by providing clear, actionable solutions within established guidelines.
- Document all interactions thoroughly in the company CRM system.
- Educate customers on self-service options and digital banking tools to enhance their experience.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handling Time (AHT), and First Contact Resolution (FCR).
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and share best practices.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant financial products when appropriate.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all security and compliance regulations.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum). College graduates are highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills and a genuine desire to help people.
- Proven ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and patience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Baguio City in a shifting schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Basic computer navigation skills and ability to memorize scripts and processes.
- Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not required – we welcome newbies!
- Must be willing to work in Baguio City (relocation support may be discussed during interview).
