Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding financial accounts, transactions, and services.
  • Effectively resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to financial regulations, compliance standards, and data privacy protocols.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction (CSAT) and first-call resolution (FCR).
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Upsell or inform customers about relevant financial products when opportunities arise.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, process changes, and industry trends.

Kualifikasi

  • At least Senior High School Graduate (College graduate is an advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Prior BPO or customer service experience is preferred but not required - fresh graduates are welcome!
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
  • Must be able to start immediately or within 2 weeks.
