Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding financial products, services, and accounts with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide comprehensive support to customers, addressing concerns related to banking transactions, account statements, credit, loans, and other financial matters.
- Effectively diagnose and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Educate customers on various financial offerings and guide them through self-service options or online portals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and data privacy protocols within the financial industry.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in customer service, call center, or a BPO environment, preferably within financial services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to explain complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail when handling financial data.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- A high degree of empathy, patience, and active listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of basic financial concepts or a willingness to learn about financial products and regulations.
