Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding financial accounts with professionalism and accuracy.
- Process account-related transactions, updates, and verifications using the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and complex account issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Identify opportunities to provide value-added services and escalate relevant leads to management.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and account details in the company database.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads, quality assurance, and other departments to resolve escalations.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services or BPO sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and high level of integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends as required.
