- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels regarding banking services and products
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions and assist with account-related questions
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell appropriate banking products
- Continuously improve product knowledge to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the banking or financial sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with customer service software
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
