  • Provide exceptional customer support for financial service inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction and security compliance.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the internal database.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of financial product offerings, account processes, and policies.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols required in the financial industry.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, handle time, and resolution rates.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years in college or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM tools or ticketing systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule environment, including nights and weekends.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Prior experience in a financial or BPO customer service role is an advantage but not required.
