- Provide exceptional customer support for financial service inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction and security compliance.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the internal database.
- Maintain deep knowledge of financial product offerings, account processes, and policies.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols required in the financial industry.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, handle time, and resolution rates.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years in college or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM tools or ticketing systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule environment, including nights and weekends.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-centric mindset.
- Prior experience in a financial or BPO customer service role is an advantage but not required.
