- Handle customer inquiries regarding financial accounts, transactions, and services via phone/email/chat
- Resolve account-related issues with accuracy and adherence to financial compliance standards
- Process account updates, payment arrangements, and service modifications
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed transaction records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex financial inquiries
- Adhere to security protocols for sensitive financial data handling
- Continuously update knowledge on financial products and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency in English and Filipino communication
- Basic computer literacy with ability to navigate multiple systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Attention to detail with numerical aptitude
