Tanggung Jawab

  • Answer inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries regarding financial accounts, statements, and transactions.
  • Guide customers through navigating online portals, resetting passwords, and understanding fee structures.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, notes, and resolution paths in the CRM database.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams or supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of empathy, professionalism, and patience during all customer interactions.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), quality assurance (QA), and average handling time (AHT).

Kualifikasi

  • High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate of any course.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience (financial account experience is highly preferred but not required).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and high emotional intelligence (EQ) for handling sensitive customer situations.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Access to a quiet workspace and a stable internet connection for potential remote training/work.
  • Residing in or near Pangasinan, Ilocos Region.
