Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality support to merchants and users via email, chat, and phone channels.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to enhance overall user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline merchant onboarding and troubleshooting processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Monitor merchant performance and provide guidance to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest financial technology trends to better assist our user base.
  • Assist in drafting and refining internal support documentation and FAQ guides.

Kualifikasi

  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior experience in customer service is a bonus.
  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Strong empathy with a genuine desire to help others and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Fintech environment and adapt to changing workflows.
  • Proficient with basic office software and comfortable navigating digital platforms.
