Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in fluent English, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction and build loyalty.
- Manage and resolve complex customer complaints or escalations with a focus on problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the product and technical teams regarding common customer issues and suggestions.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in English is mandatory (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or Call Center role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, CRM software, and typing skills.
