Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and logistics service providers
- Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents to ensure timely shipment of goods
- Process and manage documentation related to freight forwarding and customs clearance
- Provide real-time tracking information and updates to customers regarding their shipments
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to shipping and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and improve service quality
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, freight forwarding, or logistics operations
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and international trade regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
