Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Document all interactions in the customer database.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
