Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Document all interactions in the customer database.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
