Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery standards.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics including quality and attendance.
- Continuously learn about new products and service updates to provide relevant assistance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree holder or Undergraduate (completed at least 2 years in college) of any course.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- No prior BPO experience required; we provide world-class training for beginners.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems proficiently.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the BPO industry.
