Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team for a 1-year contract position. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails from government stakeholders.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our internal database.
- Assist with administrative tasks and document processing related to contract management.
- Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor when necessary.
- Provide feedback on common issues to help improve service processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work full-time in an office setting during standard business hours.
- Relevant experience working with government or public sector clients is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
