Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries regarding healthcare services and products
- Resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Accurately document patient interactions and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet performance metrics for call handling time and customer satisfaction
- Continuously update knowledge on healthcare protocols and company services
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience (healthcare background is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to navigate multiple digital platforms simultaneously
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems
- Must be flexible to work in a virtual environment
