In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, delivering exceptional service that upholds our commitment to quality healthcare support. You'll handle inbound inquiries, assist with appointment scheduling, provide information about healthcare services, and ensure that every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries related to healthcare services with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide accurate information about healthcare plans, benefits, and service procedures
  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling and medication inquiries
  • Document all customer interactions in the company database following established protocols
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with data privacy regulations
  • Meet individual KPIs and contribute to team performance targets
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training sessions

Kualifikasi

  • High school graduate or Senior High School (SHS) graduate
  • Proficient in Filipino and English communication (B2 English level preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required – we provide comprehensive training
