Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective healthcare clients to introduce services and schedule medical appointments.
- Manage and update patient/client database records accurately within the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Deliver clear, empathetic, and accurate information regarding medical services, insurance plans, and billing inquiries.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell healthcare packages to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to ensure seamless appointment transitions and high patient satisfaction.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain high service standards and retention rates.
- Adhere to all healthcare compliance regulations and data privacy protocols during every client interaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Call Center, Telemarketing, or Customer Service role.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive, and empathetic tone.
- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales within the healthcare or medical industry is highly preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts, graveyard shifts, or rotating schedules.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive healthcare information with strict confidentiality.
