Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality support to customers regarding healthcare inquiries and account management.
- Navigate multiple software systems simultaneously to provide accurate and real-time information.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare data privacy and security regulations (HIPAA).
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Document every interaction clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product and service enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School graduate (K-12 or old curriculum); College undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in a BPO or customer service setting is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple browser tabs.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others in the healthcare space.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules or processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
