Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound calls from members regarding health benefits, pension plans, and insurance inquiries
- Provide accurate information about healthcare coverage, claims processes, and benefit eligibility
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Document all interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management system
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on healthcare policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team success
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance sector
- Excellent communication skills with clear and professional verbal abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with customer service software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Empathetic approach to customer service with a genuine desire to help others
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
