Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert support via voice channels to healthcare plan members and providers regarding coverage, claims, and policy benefits.
- Navigate complex healthcare databases to accurately update member information and document every interaction.
- Address and resolve member concerns with high levels of professionalism, empathy, and adherence to HIPAA compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex inquiries and ensure timely resolutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction.
- Educate members on healthcare program features and wellness resources to enhance their overall experience.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on ever-changing healthcare regulations and account procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a voice-based healthcare account (BPO setting).
- Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, claims processing, and member benefits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining a calm and helpful demeanor.
- Proficient computer navigation skills and ability to multitask across various software platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule environment in Bonifacio Global City.
